My Boss Wife is ruling over the employees here and they have our passport with them. I have no way to Quit the job without the Passport, Nationality Indian, Work Place Oman

You are an employee, and this is the rules if you work in Arabian gulf because, a lot of employees lift their work and work for another before ending their contracts so, they kept your passport
If you don't like to continue work with them, they have the right to send you home (India) because they brought you to work just for them and you have signed this contract including of keeping your passport.
This is what you have signed, if you wanted to leave you have to pay them I think.
see how much should you pay and try to work to get this money to leave.

You have no choice if it's a contract but if you are not under contract, please get your passport back and go elsewhere. She has no rights to keep your passport.
