because we want what we want when we want it just like you do......so we lie to get what we want when we want it....
honestly men only lie when they are thinking about themselves.....very rarely is a lie in someone elses best interest....as a guy i apologize for whoever prompted this question and i hope that in the future youll find someone with a little more foresight and compassion and less self-centeredness

But of course, you cannot generalize. There are kind hearted men too but usually they are taken or booked already;)
