If he has no real reason to think that and accuse you of that, then it may be the start of an abusive and controlling relationship, in which case you would not be able to change him, ever, and your best bet would be to get away from him. It also may be his way of saying that he doesn't love you. He may just have a serious self esteem issue. At the very least, put your foot down and don't let yourself be treated so disrespectfully, even if it means calling it quits with him.
