The lipid, or fat, content in meat varies widely depending on the type of meat (meaning what animal it came from), and even the cut of meat (meaning where on the body it came from), so there's no really good way of being able to give you a definite answer.

As for the monosodium glutamate, I am allergic to MSG, so I avoid it in all things. I have studied it, but I have never heard of mesh, so I cannot answer that, I am afraid.

lipid is just a name for every kind of fat(oils, solids, etc.) and I have no idea what mesh% is.
