Is there a site that I can go to (that works and is free) where I can design a dress? I kinda know what I want, but I need to see it to know if it will work. Thanks!!

I do not know of a site to design but there is a site where you can purchase a book to help you design a gown this is the link to the exact page

You could always try sketching the dress or cutting out pictures from magazines to create your own. Also, check out Dreams by Renee http://www.dreamsbyreneebridal.com They have some absolutely gorgeous dresses PLUS they will make custom dresses based on drawings/pictures at extremely reasonable prices. I believe it is rather lovely. Just given that it's marketed as a promenade/pagent get dressed does not imply that's the one time it might be worn. I wore an extended white get dressed of the rack and so did 2 of my sisters. We stored plenty of cash what was once higher spent on different matters.

If i were you I would go to a local seemstress. they can give you a great opinion on what will work for your figure.
