Most Root Canals are unnecessary.

I would try oil swishing before I let a dentist create a permanent sac where bateria can nest.

hello sarah...no need to be scare d,,,dere won be much pain as the tooth on which the dentist will be workin is already dead,,he will jus take out da infected pulp frm da tooth,,,,clean it and den will fill it wid guttapercha...anyways if u cant bear d apian u can lways tell him to give u la infiltartion...sodat u won feel anythin...for a day or two he will tell u not to chew frm dat specific tooth on which he worked...and yes do go for crown co if u don go den u may have problem ,,,later...so go ahead enjoy d ateatment u can take acre f urself...don wory...and get all ur tretament done...
gud uck ya...if u ahve pain u can always take imol...dats da pinkiller...three times a day after food till u ahve pain..

if you have a month before leaving, the hardest part should be over by then and you will be used to healing by yourself by the time you have to go.

if you leave your teeth it might get worse? maybe it would be very expensive to leave it... especially if you have to get worked on out of the country.

it will be worth the end result.

ps. have a great time in london!
