In light of past events, what would you do if you realise the aircraft you are on is being hijacked?

Remain calm, as discreetly as possible, buckle up tightly (should have been done before the discovery is made), and don't move or bring attention to yourself. If approached by a hijacker, DO NOT resist or incite them to anger. DO NOT try to show weakness or fear; be emotionless as possible. But do be ready to accept you may well die by their frenzied hand.
US airlines have several well disguised "Air Marshal" officers on board posing as travelers ON ALL their flights. These highly trained people ARE armed and they carry the best chances of doing their job: killing hijackers cold. And they are ready to do that job well, if pressed to.
Foreign based airlines DO NOT have the same anti-hijacker security on board as done in the US. Be wise to bear that in mind.

I would kill a hijacker. Even at the cost of my own life. I'm sure I could get at least one. Quick jerk of the neck, up and to the right. With the spinal cord broken my cover might be blown. If so I would kamikaze another. Bottom line: they would have to kill me to maintain control of the craft.

Fight the hijackers. Chances are you're going to go down anyway, but you might as well stop them from carrying out their idiotic plans. God bless America!

Er...I will ask them to get ready their to jump off using Paroshoot,and teach them how to use before asking them to jump off the aircraft.

Oh my gosh, this is something I often daydream about! I have a blueprint of it in my head, of what'd I'd do, but I'm not telling, because if we all tell, what's the point in having a secret plan?

i'd hope i was on a plane going from new york city --around the east village,perferrably. then, i'd tell the rest of the plane. angry plane full of new yorkers = no hijacking around here.
