I don't think that's fair in anyway. I support the fact that it's your life and you can do what you want as long as you feel happy doing it, but trying to control someone else for your own happiness is out. Try communicating with each other and try and resolve this problem. Or tell her you want to get closer to her skin as well. Shave, wax, there's many ways, painfull & painless to remove it. She got issues...

I don't see any difference, and I agree with your point. But the fact is, she has to shave b/c she wants to...and from the sound of it, she's set on the way she is...being hairy. If it's really a big deal to you though...you need to let her know. Personally, I don't blame you...I'm a female...but if I was a dude...I'd wear a sign that said 'say no to bushes.'

The difference is that you shave daily and are used to that; removing body hair may cause ingrowth and that is terrible (I know it, I have the problem myself; I removed the heirs on my calves and now I cannot get rid of ingrowth even if I don't remove the heirs. Yuck. And more sensitive areas are just worse. It's painful and it's ugly. Beleive me, hair is better.

So, you see, she has good reasons to refuse. You may not compare that with your beard. Try shaving your -erm - private parts, and then ask her to shave hers.

There is no difference, your girlfriend is just being incredibly lazy. If she was still trying to pull you, believe me, she wouldn't be hairy. One quick way to get her to shave it off is to tell her that you no longer find her attractive. Harsh, I know, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Are you sure your girlfriend is a girl, maybe she wants to be a boy. Madonna did that a long time ago and its out! Ask her whats so attractive about all that hair? If you wanted to be with a woolly mammoth tell her you'd be gay.

You're willing to remove your hair, and she's not willing to remove hers. The fact that she likes you shaving doesn't mean she automatically has to shave as well- she's got a right (just like you do) to do what she wants with her bodily hair.

Hair is the crowing glory for women, without it they would be mistaken as man and that is an insult for us women.
