Try to learn a lot of languages.not all but a bit of everything at least,it will raise your interest knowing a bit more each day.read stuff,everything you put your hand on.For example i always have my dinner and sometimes breakfast reading,sounds strange i know but its became a habit and it helps.Do trivia games,they will open your appetite for knowledge bit by bit and the last if you really think you need it,try lecithin, and eat lots of fish(many say it helps the memory).Hope it helps

u are in India, pl see aastha and other channels for swami ramdevjis yoga , do pranayam, look at him carefully for days , study, and go on doing the asanas, still you get cd of pranayam.. be serious to do yoga.. and see wonders on health, every aspect.you must be familiar with the history of yoga.. still in doubt consult some one who is already doing.. take his guidance for every asana
