Assalamualykum Brother, its just on how you really will it.Before you sleep make duaa to Allah SWT to help you wake up at subuh mostly at 4 am.Read the surah al-fatihah then the ayah al-kursiy, then surah al-ikhlas,al-falaq and the surah an-naas. After reading all these before you sleep. Lie down to your right side, as the prophet muh. SAW recommends and make tasbih as you sleep. Its best if you sleep early if u have nothing to do. And always do not forget to seek protection to Allah SWT from the shayateens.Better if you have alarm clocks or celphone alarm or you could sleep with a companion. In any case, by Allah SWT, if you really will it he will help you for he is the All-knowing, the All-seeing and the All-hearing. His the most merciful and the most compassionate.Put your trust to him and he will guide you. Furthermore as the prohet muhammad (SAW) said: "Allah will not change the situation of the people unless they themselves change it"..May Allah bless you brother! Fiy Amanillah!

I have an alarm clock that plays CD and I have burned Fajar's adhan on a CD to wake up in the morning.
Works for me because I never dare to put in on Snooz.
I got it for only $6 from Walgreens.

One it depends on your diet (caffeine).
Two it is the shaytan that keeps you sleeping. You should read awoozoo bilahay minashaytan nirajheem
Bismillah arahman irayheem
This will help you wake up
Second try setting an alarm
Try waking up for Tahjud salaat at 3 am (12 nafil)
It may also be the daylight savings time adjustment or something.

very simple, put alarm on your clock 15 before prayer time and place the clock little far from ur reach so that u have to get up from your bed to put off the alarm. sleep early. before going to bed just decide tthta you have to wake up for the namaz. it will take few days to set a routine and once routine is set then inshallah u will have no problem. May Allah provide us strength to bow for HIS infinite blessings Ameen
