i have had a lot of problems with emotions.... when i get mad sometimes thers no holding back i'll screal and kick even my best friend and there have been a couple of timed when i've thught about suicide.... but worst of all i've wanted to shoot up my school and still kinda do then kill myself... go out with a fuucking bang u no?

side note: i have almost got detention for 3 cases of attacking a student... i somehow got out of it cause im the smart classes and the math team... im a normal kid but i just get pissed really easily

If u did not ask this question for asking sake, i have two answers for u.

One, it is not out of place for u to get angry and explode, when u do such, it is good for ur health becos "bottled anger" can lead to High Blood Pressure and this causes stroke.

However, when u feel like killing ursef or hurting others is where I disagree with u. I do not only disagree with u but hate u for such words.

The bottom line is that ur later thots of hurting urself or others shows u need help both from God, spiritual leaders, ur parents, ur community and the country where u come from , becos at present u are nothing but a potential Al Quade or Hezbollah militant, and need to go to Guatamara Bay where u should be kept till u have a rethink. U are simply a menace to society for concieving such thots.

I usually don't give an answer this obvious, but in this case I will.

Get to a psychiatrist FAST! Get on medication even faster. Tell your parents about these thought's you're having and ask them for medical attention.

Here's something to think about as well. Like it or not, Karma exists. If you blew away a bunch of people and then committed suicide, you wouldn't enjoy your next stop.

There are a lot of things that can cause severe anger. Bipolar can cause severe ups and downs lasting long periods of time. You should seek medical treatment right away.

Dude, I suggest you chill out. That little comment about shooting up your school can get you in a world of trouble.

Then you will really have something to be mad about.

What, did i read what i think i read!!! My oldest daughter has a chemical in balance and would make her do things and not think anything about her action...She would draw terrible picture of pain,satan and all sorts of terrible things...And she would hear a voice in her head,Telling her what to do...She started to thing everybody was out to get her and so on...You need to go to your doctor and have a test done on you, for
a chemical inbalance...You have all the signs of having it...With out help,Things are going to get alot worse and out of your
control...Please get some HELPPPPPPP...

you need to get back on your medication or you'll get your *** kicked by someone who'll not care about you and punch you eye ball out and make you cry like a little girl in front of all your friends while they all sit around laughing at you getting your *** kicked.

Man I wouldn't mess w/ those meds! But I'd get to a counselor. And don be shootin up no schools.

Maybe its explosive personality disorder. I believe behavioral therapy might help you with that. Perhaps hypnosis. Maybe yoga or meditation could help. Talk about it with a psychologist.

lol. Who HASN'T dreamt of shooting up their school.
When you're in those fits, just go somewhere by yourself. And breath. Count to 10 slowly. It does help. You just have to give it a chance.
