for example let say we got a remote control car which has capability of moving 50metres distance .....how to make it to 100metres distace capability????

You just can't change the frequency like that. Although lower frequencies travel further, both the transmitter and receiver need changes. It takes a whole design process to do this.

The signal output needs then to be increased, or the period decreased. The use of different devices offer such difference, but without additional information I cannot elaborate.
