OMG My son does that sometimes too!!! He's seventeen and when he comes home from work there are times he simply won't shut-up!!

But at least he's funny about most of it.
Most of the time I actually enjoy talking with my son like that. He's a bright young man with lots of tallent and interesting ideas.

I just let him know I need to get to sleep and he usually leaves me alone. He knows I have no problem simply falling asleep in front of him if he doesn't listen.

How do you sense approximately Johnny's nutrition prevalent? in case you think of it is high quality, i does not hassle approximately this area. very almost assure as quickly as you come back to a variety you will get him fried rice regular, he won't touch the stuff anymore. and you understand what, I certainly have been yearning chinese language nutrition so badly these days. Plus, i'm ravenous suitable now. thank you to assist out a pregnant female who has been eating each little thing in sight the final 2 weeks! you ought to objective to make your individual brown rice and upload a number of that into the Panda exhibit stuff. It probable has a ton of salt and this would make it greater healthy. ETA: ok, now i will answer your question. What i'd do if interior an identical subject, i does not proceed to offer into his demands. it is one element to be caught on one nutrition, yet a thoroughly distinctive challenge is being catered to, which it appears that evidently such as you're doing by using combating for something particular for Johnny. he will consume while he realizes he can no longer get riiiiiiiice. you understand you will no longer end each evening, so why make the soreness and confusion for Johnnny that lots worse?

Enjoy that affection and trust. U r a mama.
I have a small baby (7months) and does the same. I checked in ur Q thinking u r talking about babies who make u awake at wrong hours and then settle themselves to sleep. That's what has just happened to me.
And you know very well what to do when you cannot get to sleep.

If you prefer your son talking to a stranger or another person, perhaps wait when that happens.

At least he is open to you for a reason. Listen you might find he is trying to tell you something. Sorry be patient and listen for any clue.

Cheer's

That's good. Both my sons don't hesitate to keep me awake to listen to them.
Suppose you have a child that comes home, keeps it quiet, never talks to you about what he is doing, what is happening to him... You would be worried all the time, thinking where is he, with whom, what is he doing, what is he thinking, what does he want to do with his life... This way you know it all. Now, isn't that WONDERFUL???

my oldest is only 10, that would be hard, but I hope that he is that open and talks to me when he is that age. happy mothering. it sounds like about a year ago when I had a newborn though. good luck getting some sleep.
