I would agree and say water. But if you aren't a fan of the plain stuff.

I would have to say that otherwise a drink without fizz. So Snapple or gatorade or somthing like that would be your best bet.

Ice water. If you're really thirsty, you could easily overdo the sugary drinks. What you really need the most anyway is the water. have the other drinks later when you're not dehydrated.

If you are under-age: A chilled glass of (my fav.) "Fiji" Water.

If you are OF age: A tall glass of Beer or Wine.

If you are hungry: "Grilled Salmon" w/Butter, Lemon, Basil sauce. "Steamed Oyster's on the half-shell". "Roasted Sweet-Potatoes" w/Rosemary & Sea-salt. "Grilled Corn-on-the-Cob" & "Grilled Asparagus".

Jeeeezz! I'm getting thirstier by the minute!

Pass the Lager & "viddles"! (lol)

Gatorade Rain. Not as sweet as regular gatorade and has lower sodium to aid in rehydration, plus electrolytes.

I've heard good things about water, especially if it's reasonably pure and doesn't have a ton of chemicals in it.
