Ooo...I love cheese too, all kind! I could just have cheese as my breakfast or lunch. My few favourable dishes are macoroni cheese, pizza with EXTRA cheese topping, marble cheese cake, salad with LOTS of cheese powder. Wow...too much to state down.

I love fresh monzeralla with tomatoes / olive oil / basil. Also, I love marscopone (sp?) cheese with chocolate chips and strawberries, that is like a dessert!!!! Oh, and I love au gratin potatoes....
I could go on and on.....

I love parmessan cheese and also cottage cheese.In terms of parmessan cheese,I like baked rice and for cottage cheese I love paneer tikka.

Well, I like chedder, swiss, mozzarella, feta, bleu, provolone, parmesan, romano, American, cottege, cream, ricotta, munster, brie, gouda, monteray jack, pepper jack, and, well... I can't think of anymore.
Cheese is like my favorite ingrediant to cook with. My favorite dish with cheese though would have to be your standard cheese and chicken quesadillas.
