No because there are substantial differences in the iron the you eat the iron that would be taken from an object you would get the metal shavings from.

It's true, an iron frying pan will add iron to your food. Put chunks of meat in your bread, this should help your anemic @ss. ☺

No. Flax seed would make your homemade bread healthier!!

If you need iron, why dont you try iron rich food sources? Lean red meat, dark leafy greens, and legumes.
