Women in Vietnam are one type or the other. They are either very good or very bad, and few will fit the criteria you're looking for.
If you want a good girl, then you will need to follow Vietnamese customs. You're not going to have much luck getting them naked, but you could have a great time otherwise.
What you're probably looking for can be found at any expatriat bar. Just hang out long enough for everyone to know that you're a single foreigner, and you will find easy pickings.
