i need help before i die a young teen girl.when i breathe sometimes it seems hard but when i drink something it gets better.whats the best way to lose the weight.because im that type of person that i want the results fast fast fast but i dont want to take the time out to do what it takes.please help me before my weight sends me to an early grave.

I am so sorry for you...and that may not be the best way to start this reply...but I am. Your weight will affect your entire life, limit your choice in mates, jobs, life style, and friends. Please, for your own sake, make up your mind that you want what everyone else wants...happiness...and no matter what it takes, you will be happy.
I am going to suggest a 'diet' that is easy to stay on, will give you fast results, and can change your life. Others will think I am crazy, but I promise you it will work. Buy a good vitamin pill and take one a day for the rest of your life. While at the food store, lay in a stock of raisin bran (I hope you like raisin bran) and 2% milk. You may eat as much raisin bran as you want...every day...to your heart's content. You cannot put sugar on it, but it is sweet enough. All you want! But, you cannot eat anything else! Just raisin bran with milk. IT is easy to haul around...a sealed bowl, and you can buy milk anywhere...the school cafeteria always has milk. All you want, ONLY raisin bran. You will dump about 15 pounds within two weeks. Then, you must slow down to no more than 3 pounds per week. You cannot have anything else but raisin bran to eat, you cannot drink sodas with sugar, you can have NO sugar, NO alcohol. You should be able to drop about 30 pounds within 6 weeks. But you must slow the loss down after that, or you will have hanging skin all over the place. IF you suffer any side effects, suppliment your diet with potassium pills when you "bonk." Slowly introduce green beans into the diet, as much as you want to eat. Salads...as much as you want, with ONLY lemon juice or vinegar on it....no oil for the time being. If you do all this, you will find yourself down to a size 4-6 in no time. You must make up your mind to stay there for the rest of your life. The very best of luck to you.

okay. well, for one you are 14 and you are SIX FEET TALL??? I am 14 and I am only five feet tall!! lol anyways... are you very muscular??? Because muscle weighs more than fatness. don't try to go on a diet or whatever. Just eat verrrrryy healthy and don't eat any sweets. I am trying to gain weight because I used to only weigh 70 pounds and I started eating healthy, and I gained 10 pounds. =D when you eat healthy it gets you to a healthy weight. I recommend this. I think it will help you.

At your age, you should have a good metabolism. Most of your excess weight is due to an inactive lifestyle. Dont think about dieting right now, but start being active. Try dancing or take up a sport or go running.

There's no quick and easy way around this. You need to STOP eating so much, START exercising more, and turn OFF the computer and TV to do it. Find something fun and active to do instead - walking, biking, swimming, whatever. If you can get someone else to join you, then it'll be easier to stick to it.

Cut out the sodas or switch to diet. Drop the pastries, the chips, the candy and the fried foods, and pick up vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains. Dump all the unhealthy stuff in the garbage and don't keep it in the house any more.

Take a standard-sized dinner plate. Put enough food on there for it to look full, but not piled high. That's how big your dinner should be - and no going back for seconds. Your stomach will be complaining, but it will adjust. Talk to your doctor to find out other tips.

No fat-no salt diet. Just boiled chicken breast (without skin). divide 1 kilo into eight servings (meals) with 1 slice of wheat bread for the whole day for 6 weeks. drink water only. Guaranteed that you will loose 10- 20 lbs in 6 weeks. No cheating please!

Okay. First of all, you might want to consult your doctor on the best weight lose plan. He is the expert.

Second,develop a plan for yourself. Write down everything you eat into a journal. You will be surprised by how much you eat.

Third, Switch your basic foods for healthier snacks. Instead of a burger, order a salad. By switching to fruits and vegetables, your body has more energy.

Fourth, you might need to start an exercise program. You want to start out simple then go to more complex exercises. Take up a sports activity at school. Weight lose doesn't have to be a terrible thing! You can still have fun while losing weight!!! Exercising with a friend is also great!!

Fifth, don't stress out. Putting too much stress on your body can really take its tole.

Sixth, get lots of sleep. It's been shown that people who get 8 hours of sleep do better during the day.

Seventh,Whatever you do, DON'T SKIP MEALS!!! It is vital to eat regular healthy meals
