Hougang Japanese School. Their courses are the cheapest in Sg, some say Batam! Their courses are even cheaper than Japan Cutural School of Sg (JCS) I studied there few years ago, and has been dying to go back to continue my courses. I bet all my points that there are the cheapest, and best friendliest native teachers!!
