The only thing that really helps with liver damage is time. The liver is one organ in your body that regenerates if not damaged too severely.

Stop any alcohol. Livers are one of the few organs that can self re-generate. Eat fish, veggies and plenty of fruit, and drink lot so fwater is your best bet. see a doctor also.

Vitamin B6 is good I think. Found in green vegetables, like broccolli. I always tried to eat a lot after a heavy night of drinking.

I don't think you fix the liver. I think you replace it. There is no going back on that one.
