The vulva will stay swollen for awhile after her heat if she was bred.. He teats will start to stick out more, and after about 2 weeks you may be able to feel a small pouch starting, or she may start to widen in the rib area.
It is way to early to feel for pups and do not even try if you do not know what your doing because you can kill the pups.
She may also vomit a little, act very lovey to you, more than usual. She may have some loose stool as well, and she will either want to eat less or more than usual.
With experience comes knowledge of course, so I can tell right away if they did indeed get pregnant. However, I am sure if she tied with a male she is probably pregnant. Especially since she had a successful pregnancy the first time

It's really hard to tell unless you take her to the vet for a sonogram. Dogs have been known to go through all the symptoms and it be a false pregnancies.

take it too the vet just to be sure you wouldn't want to wrong about something big like that,
