Chapter 004-Verse 171.
O people of the Book(Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allah aught but the truth. The Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allah and His Word, ("Be!" - and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Ruh) created by Him; so believe in Allah and His Messengers. Say not: "Three (TRINITY)!" Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allah is (the only) One Ilah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is AllSufficient as a Disposer of affairs.
Chapter 005-Verse 73
Surely, disbelievers are those who said: "Allah is the third of the three (in a TRINITY)." But there is no ilah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilah (God -Allah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them.

The verses are from the Holy Qur'an of course.

Your religious faith is your own. DO NOT attempt to convert anyone, you'll be very disappointed.
I do NOT subscribe to ANY organized religion as there are simply too many inconsistencies....ALL of them have them. Even yours.

I am NOT saying I'm an atheist by any means. I have faith, but I keep it to myself!

Freedom Of Religion IS Freedom FROM Religion!

To the other Christians here ... why react so strongly to this? There are sections of the Quran that are threatening, but this one is no worse than the Bible in the threat department.

Mr. mmfmmk. It is intrigueing that you make the same mistake many Christians do when trying to show others the error of their ways. Quoting ones own holy book does no good unless you already believe it. In America we call that "preaching to the choir". It means arguing your opinions in a place or in a way that only people who already solidly agree with you will listen too and understand.

I encourage you to honestly try to disprove the Torah, The Quran and the Bible. Whichever stands up to scrutiny is the one you should follow. After some years others will be more likely to listen to you because you will know not only your faith, but why you believe it. The One and Only God would demand no less.

I'm sorry, but there is a lot more historical evidence that the bible is accurate in what it teaches than the Koran. Yes the 66 books were finally chosen by a committee, but note that everyone on that committee individually agreed on including all 66 books. If your a numerologist, do the figures on the chances of that. The answer is that God inspired the individuals on the committee.
Note John 3:16. For God so loved the world, he gave his only son (not messenger). That whoever believed in Him would have eternal life (not by how good you are, or how hard you try to please God, but by God's gift)

I have no religion. My faith is based on my personal spiritual experiences and here my response to your message is this:

It seems to be a lot of "hey, you, you're not right and I am" - just as a lot of what I've read in the Christian bible is a lot of "hey, you, you're not right and I am." Mix in some "believe what I believe or you are soooo gonna get it in the afterlife" and you've got yourself a lot of violence, hatred, fear and misunderstanding.

Here's my message to you, Christians, Jews, and every other religious faction out there that has been given to me by the god that I know:

God loves us all no matter what we believe and god's love does not require that you belong to any church, religion or otherwise spiritual organization. God suggests we treat others as we would like to be treated and wishes us to stay positive and hopeful about life so that we may find happiness amid all the pain and suffereing in the world.

That's just what I think. I might have read the message in my dream incorrectly, but I know what I felt when I woke up that morning.

Dear brother,
Has Allah ever done a miracle in your life, that you are so devoted to Him? Jesus healed me of a condition that should have made me sit in a wheel chair for life." If Allah is really all suficient as a disposer of affairs" then what has He done to prove it. Has He raised a person from the dead, healed a person or stopped a person from comitting suicide. Would Allah come down to earth in the form of a human to die for us humans. If you think He would why hasn't He come so far.

Why do you kill your selves and others in the name of God? Jesus came to earth to teach us love and peace. God doesn't want us to kill each other.

John 3:16
"God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son that whosoever believes in Him shall have life everlasting."

Can you even prove that Allah exists? Jesus has proved it time and again by performing miracles through His worshippers. The reason people want to know more about Jesus is because He gives them new love and hope.

Jesus loves you and wants you to become more personal with Him. Read the Bible if you feel Jesus has touched your heart. God loves you and so do I. I will keep you in my prayer.

These are verses of the Quran - and the Quran is a book to be read -
The above verses address the ppl. of the book ,i.e. the jews and the christians - its for them to understand and for us to present...
"Invite all to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are most gracious" ( Quran 16:125 ) .
The Quran teaches us HOW to present the verses to them...it also asks the non muslims to reason -
“Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands clear from error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.” (Quran 2:256)

THIS is the beauty of Islam, the Quran... id also request the bro. not to be SYMPATHETIC - coz there are thousands of christians and jews who dont know these verses or mightve read it for the first time -

Assalamu alaykum Really each and every student who translated the Qur'an has a mild change interpretation abou any verse even though they've identical black hair, each and every individual has one of a kind judgement. Among the persons of the guide don't seem to be the identical of their opinion Among of them there are Christians and Jews who've powerful opinion/end in reciting verses of Allah at night time and so they continuously participate in sujood or prostration to Allah Jews as persons of the guide comprise non zionist jews In Islam we will be able to discover one of a kind interpretation too so we have now many madzhab or Islamic sects after Muhammad pbuh kicked the bucket.such Maliki,Syafei and many others

I was brought up as Presbyterian (which is Christian) and I have changed much over the years since studying and learning other religions. I embrace all other religions and respect those like yourself that tries to get through to others. Not just because you are Muslim, but because I believe there is only one (1) God, who I call God. My own choice.

There is only one answer to all the arguments over Religion - and that is "love each other" - dont judge, thats Gods job and until all of humankind realizes this - we will never progress to being the way our creator wants us to be.

I do not hate Muslims, but I do admit they scare me quite a bit, because like Christians they believe that there religion is the only true faith.

This is not to do with religion, but it gives you the idea and I refer to the 2nd World War. We had Hitler, who was Austrian born and became Germany's saviour (or so they said) but not all Austrians or Germans felt that he was right in what he did.

During his reign of terror, those of the allied countries started to hate all Austrians and Germans because it was felt that they were all tarred with the same brush. Very sad, because we should never judge others as a start and also they were not empowered enough to overthrow him and his cronies.

This feeling still prevails today and this type of hate for others hurts us more than forgiving.

I have a few Jewish friends, but not one of them is forgiving towards the Muslims. They will not be swayed from this and I feel very sorry for them, as their hate is eating them up.

By the way - I am from Australia and contrary to what you may all hear, we are a very peace loving nation and have welcomed many peoples from all over the world. We have some problems, but we shall work them out and continue to love our neighbours.

Do you REALLY believe that you are sympathetic. It's no wonder your people are causing all this mayhem, if you are taught that stuff. I think they'd have to get you early before you could think for yourself. It's a good excuse for destroying people who don't believe as you do.
I thought the original muslims had something to do with Jesus anyway. I am not Jewish, Christian or Muslim, so I have no axe to grind! And is LYING to get your comments read, OK in your religion? (Sympathetic - my foot!!)
I know what racism and prejudice feel like as I live in Australia and get it every day. (though Assies would have you believe they are paragons of all the virtues)

I know you are trying to get a rise out of some on this site. That's your decision...

You know what sweetie, God/Jesus loves you. He loves you while you are still a sinner. He is pursuing you for a relationship. If you will accept Jesus as your savior, you will be forgiven of your sins and your salvation will be sealed.

As for your religion, you can follow your holy book to the letter and still not find favor with your god. You still may not get into paradise. You will always live in fear of your salvation since it's based on works and deeds.

Salvation through Jesus Christ is a free gift. Jesus teaches us to love God Our Father, first and foremost. Then to love one another as Jesus has loved us. I don't live in fear of my salvation. I'm sealed by Jesus.

Jesus is calling your name...will you answer?

Grace to you!

Someone wrote, "God loves me no matter what." I happen to agree with this statement, however, that will not get anyone into Heaven. Please see above...
