Yes, you can put that as a muffin filling or better yet, put some sugar in it and mix it till it becomes thick. Then put it in a glass container and seal. You now have homemade blueberry jam!

Drizzle it on Ice Cream (you already have my mouth watering), or you could cut it with a little water and make a juice drink, that's why frozen concentrated orange juice starts off as a mush. You could also mix a few other fruit juices to make your own drink (did you know that HiC Grape juice contains pear juice to?) You could put it on top a warm pie; apple, peach, strawberry even blueberry to make a great desert a little better.

Use your imagination.

Simmer it on the stove with a few table spoons of lemon juice and some sugar to make a glaze. Then use it to glaze a lemon cake with. (I do it all the time and it's a HUGE hit.) I recommend using lemon icing around the edges and in the center between layers. Then spread the glaze evenly on top. It's WONDERFUL.

I've used it along with milk and bananas for a smoothie. But inside cupcakes sounds like a good idea although I haven't seen it done before.
