An analogy of a pro-illegal is that of a mother that protects her murderous son. As sad as it sounds the heart can be an idiot sometimes, trust me - my heart is scarred from ignoring my brain!

Excellent question. It makes me think of Hezbollah complaining about the extent of Israels force just because they illegally crossed into Israel, abducted two soldiers, and killed eight others.
DUH!
Hezbollah thought Israel was distracted by the Gaza strip once again and could sneak an attack while Israel was occupied.
Arabs fail to see consequences to their actions, (look at the billions of dollars they have squandered from their oil riches, while the vast majority of their people are impoverished) and people with their feelings on their sleeves support them. They are actually very smart in the fact that they play the " so called" underdog, and as long as they hold down their society, they will easily blame America and the WEST for all their troubles and have many poor people who will support them because they have nothing else.

And you think your stance is logical? Are you trying to compare an undocumented immigrant to a murderous son? Nice analogy.

I base my reasons on economics. There are 12 to 20 million illegals living/working in the US now. Are there 12 to 20 million unemployed Americans who could replace them, and do so without affecting the economy (i.e. same hours, same wages, same benefits)? No. Therefore, we need them to continue our way of life, like them or not.

Good question. One I have been asking myself for quite some time. they base their reason on emotions, which is most always bad when dealing with something that affects more than yourself.
