mean i dont sense any thing,like i fail to open the eye,on the side where i remove the teeth,and this happen when soon i start safuring and proceed even i remove it,so what is this ? and what should i do to be as b4

If you hare having eye opening issues it sounds like you had an upper tooth removed, perhaps a cuspid (canine)? Those have long roots that can sometimes be involved with the nerve that controls feeling to your eye on that side, your nose, etc.
Get an oral surgeon to look at you....quick!
