Diets don't work!!!!
Exercise and eating healthy. That will work.
Stay away from the gym. It's a waste of $$, time and gasoline. Go for a walk every single day. At least 15 minutes. Do some pushups every day.
I just don't understand why so many people think it is necessary to waste their hard earned money on diets and the gym!

I don't trust in diets. Starving yourself just makes you binge later on.
Eat healthily and in small portions. Always incorporate lots of wholemeal bread and brown rice in your diet, and stock up on fruits and veggies.
Exercise regularly by going for a jog or walk for about 30 mins a day, then gradually increase the length of your run or the time you spend. Remember to stretch, as it can prevent injury, and also ensures you are strengthening all your muscles.

Diets don't work.
You just need to watch what you eat, and watch those portion sizes. I also wouldn't worry about going to a gym to lose weight. Walking/jogging EVERY DAY (even only for 15-30minutes) will see the weight start to come off.
