The colleges in your area, also look in the local library - some times organisations/groups in the area will pin of notices of talks/courses they are running.

Stevenson College Edinburgh will be starting shortly, if your on a limited budget some of the course are covered by ILA so it maybe free. Try Jewel & Esk College as well.
