Okay, I didn't see this one anywhere.
I didn't hear of this until the day my wife first made tuna fish for me. It's all pretty standard, mayo, or miracle whip, diced pickles, pour a little of that pickle juice in too, hard boiled eggs and the kicker... small pieces of diced apple, granny smith is the best. Make sure the apples are sliced into small tiny bites. Oh, and of course salt and pepper.

A little mayo, lemon juice, lemon pepper, black pepper, a few pine nuts, and a little celery! Mmm! And then put on rye bread or sourdough. And I prefer the bread lightly toasted. Then your good to go! hehe!

chop up some hard boiled eggs and some mayo.some like sweet pickle relish or onion. then add tomato and lettuce. its also very good on toasted bread.
