Cut back the amount of food you eat to normal portion sizes and walk everywhere you can. I know it works. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months that way.

It ain't gonna happen quickly. Eat a little less, and exercise a lot more. Get your heart rate into a fat burning zone; do intervals on a tread mill.

You should get busy every avalible moment. And then go run multiple miles. and then if there is time, eat a salad to make yourself think that you are eating better. and then if that doesn't work... rig the scale so it takes off multiple pounds.
