Pull the bottom of your eye down with your middle finger, put your index finger on the contact, look up, pull the contact to the bottom of your eye & pinch with your index & thumb.

After you wash your hands, see if you can push it around a little, to find out if your eye is dry. If you can't, then put a drop or two of saline in your eye to loosen it up, blink a few times, that usually helps me.

This is what works for me. Remember to wash your hands first.

Touch the contact at the dead center of your eye and drag it down and pinch it between your forefinger and your thumb.

hold your (bottom) eyelid downwards with middle finger, and touch the contact with index finger, look up, and gently slide it to the side (outward) when you feel it move out of the sucking pressure of the eye, grab it with index and thumb (same hand) and take it out.

I find that if your eye is dry, it's easier to pop out than when they are too moist...
