I think eating 6 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday & 30 to 45 minute exercise daily is too high of a standard to be healthy.

Do you think that the natural health standards to stay fit and healthy are too high? I think they are high.

I don't think the natural health standards are too high. We americans in general are undisciplined and lazy when it comes to health. There are statistics behind the standards.

As long as those servings are not so large as to make you fat you have a great program. Everyone should be so lucky as to be able to follow what you are doing.
