you can't.

instead, create separate user accounts for different people, and password protect the user accounts. that way, the files are private.

if u want to share files, then save them in the Windows "shared documents" folder. all user accounts can access these files.

right click on the folder,
click on CUSTOMIZE TAB
choose option: MAKE PRIVATE
*pop-up* box: make password blah blah blah*(*****check this and say OKAY*

and there you have it.
