As you can clearly find out from the literature about it, the suggested diet includes exercise, eating balanced meals, eating subs in moderation, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) skipping salt, cheese, and mayonnaise on your foods.

All of these suggestions are great, but any of them easily apply just as much if you don't eat at that sub place. The average sub sandwich without the mayo and cheese is less than 10 grams of fat. Depending on your individual calorie requirements and your sodium restrictions, any sandwich from any sub shop easily falls into this category.

I paintings at Subway, and the roasted chook, at the same time it nonetheless has not up to eight grams of fats, is not the first-rate alternative of meats. It is processed, which means that it has plenty of sodium and unique preservatives. If some thing, I'd move with the turkey. It's the one meat we've got that's not processed, except roast pork, and it's the healthiest alternative. Other than that, it sounds well. Don't scale down the greens to only lettuce and tomato (until that's all that you just like), consider unfastened to load them up! Also, if you want a few further taste, check out the vinegar, it is particularly well!

Yes, if you actually follow it. Your calories are pre-counted, you don't eat anything else, you can eat a pretty well-rounded assortment of foods (serious lack of fruit, though). Just the fact of limiting your choices tends to have a suppressive effect on the appetite.

There are lots worse weight loss plans than the Subway diet. I'd recommend drinking water instead of the diet soda, and adding skim milk and fresh fruit to the plan.
