Yes, I do. Why shouldn't we? I mean, heck, they gave their lives for their country, our country. Basically I honor all the troops, whethere they're the troops of today or the troops of the 1700s. They're our troops. But also if you're talking about the people not in the military who died, than sure. Like the Japenese and the Jews, gosh that was horrible.

People tour WW2 battle fields, monuments, and cemeteries, all over the world, every day. prayers are said, and mementos and flowers are left.
We can all do our little part to remember by teaching our children about the prices that were paid for all of us, by reading books (The Diary of Anne Frank, Night, etc.), and just by living our lives honorably so that we honor the people who fought for our grandparents, parents, us, and our country.

Yes. So many do. All you have to do is talk to the widows and families and visit the graveyards. Terrible war. And the people that aren't killed come home with other physical problems, like jerking legs, minus one hand, or with mental problems. The psychiatric facilities are filled to capacity with these survivors of the different wars, if they were lucky to make it home alive.

Yes. That war lasted from 1941 to 1945. Those respects were paid a long time ago. We honor those who fell; we honor all who bravely and courageously served.
