Take it to a professional, if you don't know how to do it yourself you can actually make them worse by trying. Try a skate shop they might be able to. Or a place that sells knives may have a tool or kit you can buy - or even know who you can contact.

make sure you get then done by a professional otherwise you might just have to go out and spend even more money on new one its not worth the risk. I get mine done every six months make sure you oil then too every couple of weeks

have a expert in sharpening shears do it for you be careful dont let the ones who say tthey do in their van do it ive heard of how they take them a drive away and you dont have your shears anymore
