Not a whole loaf. Just a few left-over pieces. Scrape off the mold, a trip through the toaster & add a generous amount of peanut butter and it will be just fine. Better than going hungry.

I'VE NEVER TRIED TO EAT A WHOLE LOAF. NO WONDER YOU GOT SICK. IT WASN'T BECAUSE OF THE MOLD. I WOULD NEVER TRY TO EAT AN ENTIRE LOAF OF BREAD EVEN IF IT WAS UNMOLDY. YOU GOT SICK BECAUSE THE BREAD EXPANDED IN YOUR STOMACH AND STRETCHED IT. WOW YOU ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE. BY THE WAY, I APOLOGIZE MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS STUCK ON. oh wait i just fixed it, well im not going to retype. LOL!!

I just ate a slice of bread with mold on it. I didn't see it until I got down to the last bite. I didn't get sick

I have before, and the day after I got sick. A few weeks later I was eating it, but to my surprise I didnt get sick

If theres no other choice, i'd scrap off the mould, grill it in the oven for a couple of minutes.
and soak it in beaten eggs + sugar and make french toast.

Open it up, does it have blue fuzzy spots on it? eat a chunk ,does it style like cardboard? scent it, does it scent funky? Then no, expensive god do not eat it.If no longer, then it is nice.
