Carrot and apple are low in calories and moderate in the level of carbs; the crackers, bread and bowl of cereal are moderate in calories and made of solid carbs. All are low in fat.

They all have some carbohydrates, but not too much fat, and not too many calories (depending on how much of them you eat).

If you're trying to lose weight, make sure that you have a balanced diet. We need carbs, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals in our diet to stay healthy. The grains you mentioned have some protein, but are incomplete. You need to put peanut butter on the bread to make a complete protein. Rice and beans together form a complete protein. If you're trying to reduce carbs, then the best source is from meat, fish, poultry, and dairy. A quarter cup of cottage cheese has 15 grams of protein (you need about 50 grams per day), and not too many carbs.

They aren't low in carbs, that I do know. They are probably low in calories and fat.
