Cookies I do not know of.
Wintergreen lifesavers produce a bluish spark of light when you CHEW on them. You have to be in the dark, and chew with your mouth open to see it, but it's pretty cool. Something about the saliva reacting with the mint flavoring and the piezoelectric effect blah blah science project... I forget how it really works.

This sounds more like an urban legend or hoax, rather than a real food product! :) I've never heard of this, and I also can't fathom how it could be both possible and safe!
