Contact your local DSHS office. They should be licensed to run a daycare. NEVER take your child to an unlicensed day care. They are usually the ones with the most problems.

Get the name of the Director...call anonymously...if they ask your name just say.."oh, i prefer to be anonymous,,,,thank you!"...then call her to tell her what is going on or write her a letter!!!
