Garlic, rosemary,(ok let's just go with Italian seasoning and get the best of all worlds), pepper and of course SALT, I couldn't live without salt, but garlic is a close 2nd.

Sea salt rocks, garlic in everything roasted, with tomatoes or in a stir fry.
But my all time favorite is Old Bay spice for chicken, fish, pork and beef. Also good on roasted veggies, fries, seafood...

Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. It goes well with everything from fish, poultry,meats and salads.
Also Sea salts and freshly ground peper and fresh garlic.
