Cool colors will do. Avoid hot colors because they're striking and tiring to the eyes. A light shade of blue and pink would do then emphasize them by contrasting it with some neutral earth colors.

I think it depends on your complexion to be honest. A fairer toned woman should go for the more green, yellow, rose kind of colors. If you have a darker complexion, earth tones are very nice. My colors that i have narrowed it down to are a very pale blue/silver theme (night wedding) or a pale green and off white (day wedding).
I say there really is no "right" color in regards to a wedding- you are an individual and since it is your wedding, you can wer what you want. My only advice would be NO RED LIPSTICK!! (horror stories!!)

I think the best colors for a spring wedding would be a variety of colors. Mostly a violet or lavander, with a gold would look most approperate. I congrulate you on you mission. I finally got married This last spring, and had the colors of burgundy, and gold for mine. but you know that the best thing and the best color is one that you both share, and one that would complment the two of you in you days to come. Please don't think you have to have just one color either.... i have seen many with multiple colors for their flowers etc... so Make it one that you both agree upon.!!I wish you the best of luck.!!!!!

my colors would be pastels, and lots of it for a dramatic result, such as baby pink and pastel blue or daffodil yellow and mint green, i wouldnt go for dark colors. think of the flowers that are in bloom in spring time, all light colors.
really i dont see why some women stick to tradition, everyone i told my wedding colors too were mortified, mine was light pink and mocha. i love that combination!
go with your favorites or his, a wedding is a personalized event that should say something about you two as a couple.

Yellows, green, light pink.. Flowery colors. The best thing to do is to think if you want a certain theme then what colors relate to that. Also, check out flower girl and bridesmaid dresses. They will help you. You may think "I really love purple and yellow" and find that the purples in dresses you see are not what you like. You may find a green dress that you absolutely love on your bridesmaids. That can influence your decision.

Sage, butter yellows, lavender, and pinks (not all together obviously).
Mix any of those colours with a white or cream accent for spring perfection!
