First you should use a non-stick pan or an iron skillet. Next when cooking the scrapple, heat your pan thoroughly with vegetable oil or canola oil before you place the scrapple in the pan. Let the scrapple brown for a couple of minutes before you move it around.

Scrapple! Wow! That stuff still exists?
Try cooking spray or since scrapple isn't short on artery clogging ingredients, try Crisco.

Your pan has to be very hot and you need to thoroughly cook it on each side before moving it. Cook to a crispy brown about 3-4 minutes on each siide. If it still sticks use a little oil or cooking spray
