Try pressing the Print Screen button then exiting, opening MSPaint, then press CTRL + V. This should paste the screen. Then save it in the format you'd like, where you'd like.

I'm not sure this will work inside a game but you can try it anyway, while you are in full-screen view of the game press the PrintScrn key on your keyboard, this will take a snapshot of your screen, quit out of the game or minimise the game if you can, open a photo editing program (link for a free 1 below if you need it) and then select paste as a new picture, there you go, save the picture where you want. Have you tried Control..Print Screen (PrtSc).That should put it in the clipboard so you can paste it into another program.
