How can I be 100% sure?

How do you know if a girl genuinely likes you or is she just using you as the rebound person.

I know it won't be 100% but I'd like to have some idea.

There's no 100% sure in any relationship. Learn to live with the ambiguity and take a chance. Or don't take any chances in life adn see where that gets you.
