sometimes a mother could have a favorite if the children have different fathers. She could love one father more than the other and cant be with them therefore she gets the love from the child.
If the children both have the same father then the mother could look at the child of which one does of what she expects more or if its the baby a mother always shows the baby more love no matter how old they get because she still feels the need to nourish them because theres no other child to treat as the baby.

Because she's a ****** idiot!!! What makes some people kind and others complete assholes...sorry but it's true. Isn't it wonderful that the child that's ignored gets to feel completely unwanted for no other good reason other than the mother prefers the other or has more in common. Such garbage!! Do I sound a little upset, yes because the child feeling unwanted etc. is going to grow up feeling insecure and unlovable! Tragedy.

I have no earthly idea. I'm assuming both children are her children, right? Is something wrong with the other child? Maybe the 1st child is more like the mother, and they just have more in common personality wise? I'm totally guessing here, because my 2 children are very different, and I love each of them dearly, but probably show it differently to both of them, because they are different, does that make sense?

If both r also her children ,something must be wrong with her mentally. She is not suitable 2 have more than 1 child

well some parents have their favorites, but it should not be that way when you have kids you need to love all of them the same
