Margarita, definitely Margarita. This one is excellent: 1 shot Tequila. 1.5 shots Cointreau. Juice of 1/2 a lime. Juice of 1/2 a lemon. Rim the glass w/salt. I think that Triple Sec is inferior to Cointreau. Cheers.

Sweet wine made from sweet fruits (cranberry, blueberry) in a perfect clean environment, add enough sugar to get a 12% of alcohol concentration plus a 15% (of sugar) to sweeten it and 5 gr yeast (Saccaromyces Cereviceae) e/10 gal in a container with a little hole in the cap to allow CO2 to escape, abandon it for 3 months, and... Voila!
The second most delicious thing in the world!
Note: Don't forget to filter it at the end of the process
