Well basically yeah becaue both country speak spanish but watch out because some words that may be regualr day word for puerto ricans may be an offensive word for dominicans so it just depends what you say but is almost basically the same

jeje, im puerto rican. the accent is different. some words are different. but the spanish is basically the same. (i know many dominicans). i prefer a puerto rican accent, but thats just me.

Kind of, each spanish speaking country has their own slangs and such but is basically the same, watch out with the slangs cause in other countries it might be mean, or rude

Basically the same. You can only note some different pronunciation is your first language is Spanish.
