Just so that you know, your hair texture and thickness is genetic. Sometimes there isn't a whole lot you can do to get your hair longer and shinier. Lot's of products say they can but don't necessarily to better than any other. Taking vitamins with biotin are very good for your hair and nails. Eating lots of vegetables is good for everything in you body. Lots of water can help too. I did find a product that I love it's called Biosilk and is sold in salons. It costs about $20 a bottle. I use it after I dry my hair then I straighten it with hair spray and a little pomade. Be careful a little goes a long way. Don't put it in your roots it can make your hair look greasy. As for long hair, you could always get extensions if you want long har now. But vitamins especially pre-natal along with eating healthy will definitely help your hair.

I use high strength silica tablets from Holland & Barratt - I've been taking them for six months now and my hair grows really fast and is super shiny. Try them!
