well i broke up with my bf in like may, and im still in love with him but when we do breck up he never would talk to me but oneces in awhile he talks to me whenever i see him around like at the ramp.and he smiles at me all the time and stuff so does he still like me,,, and im a teenager 13

My dear you are way to young to be worrying about boys! (sorry it's the mom in me.) You are only 13... you broke up.... and I'm sure it hurts.... but you need a chance to grow and develop. You do not want to get boy crazy.... it won't work. You are to young to know what love is.... and I'm not trying to say it to be mean, but it sounds more like puppy love to me. He can smile at you all day long.. just don't repeat what you did with him. I'm sure you'll have all the boys you want when your older...a lot older..... and you'll think back to that one guy and say God, that was stupid.. what a waste of my time. Like I said you need a chance to grow... you are so young..... hang out with your girlfriends.... don't worry about a silly boy!

You don't indicate his age.
13 is extremely young to "have a boy friend".
yes he probably does still like you, but a word of caution .... take it slow ... don't get pushed into a sexual relationship at your age.
remember, you have a lot of growing up to do before your an adult ... relax and enjoy being a kid for the next 3 - 4 years.
