If you stick STRICTLY to all the rules of Atkins and do that excersing you should lose at least 30 pounds unless you aren't really overweight to begin with.

It depends on lots of things, like your metabolism, your gender, your age, your activity level, your starting weight and your ideal weight (which is not necessarily what you would like it to be :-) ).
Usually during the 2 week Induction you can expect to lose approximately 10% of what you need to lose. Much of that will be water weight, as a low-carb diet causes you to shed retained water. However, your loss will slow down after than and may even stall for periods. Don't worry, this is normal. If you continue to eat in a healthy fashion and exercise appropriately your weight should eventually start going down again.

I can not answer that exact question but i do know of a program where you can lose 10 pounds in one week and still eat all the things you normally would.
